Carolyn (Burriss) Conner, of Anderson, South Carolina, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 1, 2026.
Carolyn was a beloved wife, sister, aunt, and friend whose kindness and strength touched all who knew her.
Born to the late Jim Henry and Ojecter (Jackson) Burriss, Carolyn lived a life grounded in love, devotion, and compassion. She was known for her gentle spirit, warm heart, and unwavering care for those around her.
She was preceded in death by her siblings: Christine Rainey (Clifton); Linda Roberts (William); Edith Toppin (Lloyd); Jimmy Ray Burriss; and Deborah Logan (Walter)
Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Curtis Conner of Anderson, SC; sister, Phyllis B. Thompson (George) of Hickory, NC; nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
Carolyn (Burriss) Conner will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved her.
